Damals, nach Ende des ersten Weltkrieges wurde am Brenner eine Grenzlinie gezogen die von Vertretern eines essentialistischen Kultur- und Zugehörigkeitsverständnisses zur Unrechtsgrenze deklariert wurde. Hier wurde ein Keil zwischen die BewohnerInnen des südlichen und des nördlichen Tirols getrieben. Südtirol ist seitdem Italien; der Begriff Unrechtsgrenze hat sich mir erst heute erschlossen.
